We try and ensure that all our stock reaches you in good condition and working order. However, if part of your order is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the item to us within 20 days of receipt.

If you aren't happy with an item when you receive it or if you change your mind please return it to us within 10 days of receipt, with the delivery note. We expect items returned to us to be in good condition and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components. In particular this means that you will:
